The Madison County Commission adopted the following MADISON COUNTY ORDINANCE on June 18, 2007 to regulate the control of litter or rubbish and the control of areas which create a public nuisance because of an accumulation of junk. This Ordinance does not apply to licensed junkyards.
The Ordinance applies to all areas of unincorporated Madison County; all areas of Madison County outside the city limits of incorporated municipalities in Madison County. Please click here to view the City Limits and Commission Districts maps.
