The Madison County Purchasing Department procures a wide variety of commodities and services for Madison County offices and departments. The goal of the purchasing department is to ensure efficient use of taxpayer dollars, maximize quality, and to procure goods and services in accordance with all applicable State and Federal Laws.

All notifications of invitations to bid for goods, services, and public works projects will be sent via the Madison County Bidder Registration System.
