Location: This project includes two sites. Site number 1 is the horizontal curve on Countess Road south of Colby Drive and site number 2 is the horizontal curve on Baltimore Hill Road between Moores Circle and Lockett Drive

Project Description: 

Site number 1 – the project will implement signage and striping improvements to increase the curve’s delineation. Additionally, guardrail replacement and other minor roadside improvements will be completed.  

Site number 2 – the project will implement signage and striping improvements to increase the curve’s delineation.

Need for Project: Both sites have severe curves with poor delineation. Due to the significant growth in this area of the county, signage and striping improvements are needed to improve the safety of these curves.
