Beginning at 8:00 AM on Thursday, July 20, 2017, the Madison County Water Department will be making system improvements to our water system. These improvements will require a temporary water outage for the customers on Winchester Road from Shady Oak Road to Frank Hereford Road in the Northeast area of Madison County. This work is scheduled for completion by 2:00 PM on Thursday.
