The purpose of the Special Meeting is to hear Mr. Leon Evans, President and CEO of the Center for Health Care Services in Bexar County Texas, share information about their jail diversion program and to facilitate a community conversation on the subject with law enforcement, emergency responders, mental health advocates, health care providers, and other invited guests.
