Introduction: Madison County Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss closing-out their FY 2014 Community Development Block Grant Project (CY-CE-PF-14-010).
The Madison County Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. to discuss closing-out their FY 2014 Community Development Block Grant Project (CY-CE-PF-14-010) which constructed water system improvements in the Hazel Green Village Neighborhood in Hazel Green in Madison County. The meeting will be held at the Charles Stone Building in the Conference Room located at 819 Cook Avenue, Huntsville, AL 35801. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the close-out of this project and accept citizen input or objections to the county proceeding with the close-out of this project. Any citizen, who would like to attend the public hearing but has a disability which might require special materials, services, or assistance, should notify Anne W. Burkett, Director of Planning and Economic Development, at (256) 532-3505 at least three days in advance of the public hearing.
