Pursuant to Code of Alabama, § 11-3-8 (1975), a special meeting of the Madison County Commission has been scheduled for October 7, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the Madison County Commission Board Room, 7th Floor, Madison County Courthouse (the “Special Meeting”). The Agenda for the Special Meeting is as follows:
Resolution Authorizing Issuance and Sale of Series 2019 General Obligation Warrants; and
Authorize Chairman to Execute Agreement with Scott A. Roberts, P.E. regarding owner’s representative services.
