The Madison County Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 12:00 Noon to discuss the FY 2018 Community Development Block Grant program. The meeting will be held at the Madison County Water Department, which is located at 266 Shields Road. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the CDBG Program and the proposed applications the County Commission plans to submit to the Alabama Department of Economic & Community Affairs for funding consideration. All citizens are encouraged to attend this meeting. Any citizen who would like to attend the public hearing but has a disability which might require special materials, services, or assistance or if information is needed in another language or alternative format, notify Anne W. Burkett, Director of Planning and Economic Development, at 256.532.3505 at least three days in advance of the public hearing.
