Weather permitting, on Friday February 17^th there will be a change in the traffic pattern on Winchester Road, located in Northeast Madison County, from the Bell Factory Road intersection to the Flint River Bridge.  Traffic will be diverted to the newly constructed lanes on Winchester Road so that the widening work can continue on the existing Winchester Road.  Caution should be taken in this area and temporary traffic delays may be expected.
