TWENTY-THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

        ORDER

            The Courts of Madison County and all associated offices will be closing at noon on December 30, 2016.  For purposes of time as referenced in Rule 6 of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, the Courts of Madison County shall be closed from noon on December 30, 2016 until the close of business.
