Copies: You may request certified, assisted or self-serve copies. The option for self-serve copies is available for un-restricted, un-sealed, non-certified copies ONLY.

Certification: Of the various records within MCRC's holdings, certification is ONLY available for Probate Court records. Certification for non-Probate Court records must be obtained through the court system in which the documents are classified.

• Madison County does not accept credit or debit cards, but we are able to provide this service thanks to IMS Enterprises, Inc., an internet company. There is a 3% processing fee added to the total of each transaction. None of this fee is kept by the county. Please do not use your Credit/Credit card unless you are willing to pay this fee.

• Make checks or money orders, payable to: Judge of Probate, Madison County, AL.

• We cannot provide change for bills larger than a $10.00 bill.

• Copy machine takes change and small bills ONLY.
