Mail Policy
Other than visiting the MCRC, the only way in which you can receive copies is by mail. You'll first need to submit a request form with correct payment, either by mail or if paying with credit/debit, submitting your form by e-mail. We do not have the capabilities to process requests at all via fax or e-mail the actual records. For more information, please reference our payment policy, fee schedule and forms page.
