CSC / Corporation Service Company       866-652-0111        www.erecording.com

ATTENTION!!!

We will be converting to a new recording system in the near future, most likely toward the latter part of June.  The transition to the new system will require some changes to the documents that we accept for recording.  Due to a change in the labels that will be placed on the documents, we now will require margins at the top and bottom of each page, especially the first and last pages.   The top of the first page of any document must leave a 3-inch-high by 3-inch-wide space in the upper right-hand corner of the document and the same size space in the bottom right hand corner of the last page. One page documents will need a 3-inch by 3-inch margin in the lower right-hand corner.  These margins will apply to any documents we record, whether they are hand delivered, mailed or filed by e-filing.

Due to the complexity of laws and procedures of the Probate Court, you are to seek the advice of an attorney.  We are prohibited by law to offer any legal advice.
