Absentee ballots for the Special Constitutional Amendment Election must be filled out completely and returned to:
Madison County Board of Registrars
Madison County Courthouse, Room 517
100 Northside Square
Huntsville, Alabama 35801-4820
September 17 at 5pm - Last day for voter to hand-deliver or postmark an absentee ballot
Absentee ballot must be mailed to address above with the original signature and cannot be accepted in electronic format via email.
