FREE Student School shot clinics at Madison County Health Department begin August 20-22, each day from 8:30am to 11am and 1pm to 3:30pm

The Madison County Health Department located at 301 Max Luther Drive in Huntsville, will offer FREE School Shot Clinics for students.
All children entering schools in Alabama for the first time must also have a Blue Card
New arrivals should bring their child's shot record to the Health Department to receive a Blue Card for school entry.
All children entering the 6th, 7th or 8th grade must have a TDaP shot after their 11th birthday and an up-to-date Blue Card to enter school.
Parents of 6th, 7th and 8th graders who do not have a current TDaP must bring their child and the child's shot record to the Health Department or their private physician to receive the TDaP shot and an updated Blue Card.
Clinics will run from 8:30am to 11am and 1pm to 3:30pm
Monday, August 20 (the first day of school) - Wednesday, August 22.
