Madison County is implementing a new bidder registration system, which will significantly improve our ability to communicate bid opportunities to you. We will no longer send bids through the mail. You, the vendor, will be responsible for uploading the bid from your email notification and mailing the sealed bid to the Purchasing Department. This system will go live April 1, 2011; therefore, it is vital that your company register in the new system as soon as possible. This new method will provide you with several benefits and, best of all, there is no cost to your company.

You must go to www.ebidexchange.com/madisonco to register. Click on the register tab and insert your company information in the fields provided, then click next until the process is complete. If at anytime you need assistance, please click on “First Time Registration” and/or “Complete Your Registration” to the right of your screen under Video Tutorials for step-by-step instructions. Once your information has been uploaded correctly, you will promptly be notified of an IFB for the product/service categories you selected.
