  • Helping seniors fill out Patient Assistance Forms
  • Follow-up activities
  • Scheduling clients
  • Answering phones
  • Computer data entry
• All volunteers will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement
• All financial and medication information is to be kept completely confidential
• Encouraging Senior participation requires great respect and compassion
